Subject : Payment approval Notice


Dear Valued Customer

Reference to your approval documents received from the lottery board
today, we wish to inform you that the sum of (USD$1.5M) which you won in
the on going 2014 Fifa lottery promotion has been approved in your favor
as one of the lucky winner’s prize promotion.

This was after the proper verification of your claim documents submitted
by the board to our exchange control department as due to transfer to
the beneficiaries of lottery winning customers.

However, to enable us release your certified cheque to courier firm for
onward delivery to your address there in your country, you are requested
to pay bank administrative and handling charges of USD$350/ SAR1,312.78

Note bank or anyone does not have the right to make withdrawal or deduct
the above charges from the principal amount won due to the fact that all
winners prize was comprehensive insured by the lottery board in their
names for security reasons such as to avoid double claim by non
participant or diversion of funds by individual or public until the
beneficiaries receives their prizes in full via ATM Card or Certified
Cheque

As soon as the confirmation of the payment of the above charges is made,
we shall not hesitate to release your cheque to the courier company and
within 48hrs you will be in position of your parcel, over night
delivery.

This payment should be made either by you in person or through your
authorize lottery agent Mrs. Amanda Knox if you are unable to fly down
to south Africa for the payment and sign the necessary papers in your
favor, I suggest the payment should be made through the above named
agent considering the time and cost for you to be here in person as bank
demand as we are working under contract with the lottery board we shall
update or submit our record to them at the end of the day.

Lastly, be informed bank will not be hold responsible of any legal
action taken if you fail to claim your prize within stipulated period.
All process is subject to its charge and all transactions shall be
governed and controlled in all respects in accordance with the laws of
republic of South Africa as constituted from time to time.
