EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT LETTER
Dear Applicant
It is a pleasure previewing your resume and we look forward to your becoming a part of the
MERIT ENERGY COMPANY USA. As we discussed, the purpose of this letter is to set forth the
basic terms and conditions of your employment with the Company. It is important that you
understand clearly what your benefits are and also what is expected of you at the Company.
Salary: Your base salary is $10, 500 per month after payment of tax. Generally, your salary will be
reviewed yearly, but the Company reserves the right to change your compensation from time to time
on reasonable notice.
Duties: Your duties generally will be in the areas of your application. You will be required to use your
specialized expertise, independent judgment and discretion to perform in this area with a high degree of
skill, executing the Company's objectives in this area as defined by management. You will be required to
follow the policies and procedures in the Company, although these policies may be amended,
supplemented or revoked from time to time on reasonable notice.
Hours of Work: As an exempt salaried employee, you are generally expected to observe our regular

VISA PROCUREMENT
The Company will send all the essential documents and appoint U.S.A Immigration attaché to assist you
in getting your entry clearance from the U.S.A Council in your country.
You shall bear the cost of procuring your entry clearance (visa) and the company will provide air ticket
for you and you will be reimbursed the cost encored during your visa processing period after submitting
the receipts as evidence of payment.
Terms of Employment: We hope that our association will continue for a substantial period of time, but we
recognize that the future is inherently uncertain and that assurances of permanent or continuing employment
are not feasible. Accordingly, in accordance with our standard policy, your employment will be "at-will". In
other words, either you or the Company can terminate it at any time for any reason, with or without
cause, by giving two weeks' notice to the other party or pay in lieu thereof. However, the Company is
not required to give you notice of termination if you are terminated for cause. This term of employment
is not subject to change or modification of any kind except if in writing and signed by you and the
Company and nothing herein shall be construed as a modification of your at-will employment
relationship with the Company.
Legal Authorization to Work: Your employment with the Company is contingent on

which will be issued to you from our office as required by the
stipulated immigration laws to enter into America.

cheque at the point of entry, the same amount you can cash from any
bank in America immediately you enter for your personal expenditure. The
Airport immigration will not allow you to enter the city if you are not
with Certified BTA obtained from the America Embassy treasury
department.

I HAVE ADVISED YOU. THIS BTA IS YOUR POCKET MONEY. YOU WILL CASH THE

d) The payment of this BTA Money will make the Embassy issue insurance protection for your Visa Guarantee.
e) The BTA is your money with you, that nobody will refund you hence the cheque is in your name and only you can spend the money.

g) The
