Attention: Sir.
I am Michael Dennis by name and I am using this medium to inform you that I have 18 Million barrels of Bonny Light Crude oil to be loaded in 1 million barrels either on sport lift or contract and I’m in understanding with Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC).
The lifting will be on CIF basis, the discount involved is reasonable. I will appreciate if you can patronize me or help me source for reputable buyers who are financially strong to buy Nigerian oil. If you can come to Nigeria that will be better.
Your response will be highly appreciated. Our procedure is simple; the Crude oil is from Nigeria. The buyer is required to fly to Nigeria to meet the seller, agree and sign the contract for the 18 Million barrels of Bonny Light Crude oil. The buyer is not excepted to pay for 18 Million barrels of Bonny Light Crude oil until the Crude Oil arrives to his/her destination {where you want the Crude to be taken}. At your destination, after testing and affirming that it is indeed Crude that was shipped, you will be required to wire money into the seller' s bank account.
N/B: Buyer is not required to pay any amount except for the export taxes basically to have the Crude shipped to his/her destination. Also while in Nigeria, buyer will be required to view the Crude and with the help of an expert, test and verify the Crude.
You should also support your response with the Letter Of Intent (L.O.I) with your company profile. Please note that the (L.O.I) MUST be in your letter headed paper. He assured me that the processing will only take two weeks, and allocation will be given in your name.
As we look forward to official business relationship.
Thanks
Yours truly,
Michael L. Dennis (Mr)
