As I mentioned in my early mail, I used to have a very prominent
Indian partner who once use to make supply of this product earlier on,
and he was originally from Uttarakhand in northern part of India, and
we have been doing this business successfully for the past months
without any bridge in agreement. I have tried to reach him on his
contact phone number and also send him various E-mails regarding the
new supply my company needed, but all my effort to reach him was to no
avail. It was later on it has been made known to me that a climatic
disasters has struck that state, but I still kept on praying for him
and his family to be alive as I don't have any contact info of his
relatives to know what wrong. So that why am urgently in search of a
new partner who can take his place. Kindly find the procedure of the
supply.(1.) You are to bridge the gap between the main local
dealer/seller and my company, thereby presenting yourself as the
seller. Upon successful securing the purchase order, My Company will
send purchase delegate to India for the purpose of pay and take
delivery of the material you will supply on payment on delivery
bases.(2.) There is no illegality in this transaction because the
product is worldwide allowed for import and export. You can stand as a
local seller with no registered company but if you have registered
company already that's a plus.(3.) You will handle the supply
completely from your ends. My aims here is to guide you and also
ensure the purchase order is issued in your favor. You buy the
material from the local dealer at the rate of $400 Dollars (25,000.
INR) per packet and sell to my company at $1,550 USD (above
93,035.INR) per packet. Then once the supply is successfully completed
you send me my % share of the profit.(4.) Once the negotiation is
completed and company issue you the purchase order, You buy Four (4)
sample packets first from the Local dealer and bring to the company
purchase person upon his arrival in India for verification and upon
approval of the product specification, you make the bulk supply. Note:
the Local Dealer product specification is in line with the company
requirement so there is no room for product rejection. (5.) Mode of
payment is either cash or bank transfer depending on your preferred
choice. Please note that our company don't pay up front/ advance
payment to seller for material but cash on delivery or bank
transfer..(6.) Duration of supply upon arrival of company delegate in
India, he will spend maximum 3 days to finalize the supply. (7.) Most
importantly, you must avoid contact between the Local Dealer of the
material I will introduce you to and the company purchase delegate
coming to avoid future circumvention and putting my job at risk.It is
a deal between both of us and my duty is to guide you on any
