To say more about my situation, after losing my parents together with the on going war in my country, I went to my local church in Sudan and explained the situation to the parish priest and he advised me to move to another country, pending until this is over. When I arrived in Togo, I made direct contact with the Bank where fund has been deposited by my dear father on the release of the fund to me so that I can use it and start a new life and move out of Africa and complete my academic studies, but the bank said that the Governing Council's financial condition in Togo prohibits any Refugee to receive money or even open a bank account as non residents.

I am happy to see the respond from the bank which you sent to me. I really understood the contents and it's requirements. After going through the mail, I went to the office of the Rev father in charged of our Camp to find out, if he can assist me in getting a contact of a good lawyer that will assist us in getting this document from the high court of Justice. Since them are demanding for it, the document must be signed by a Togolese based lawyer, after explaining to the Rev father in charge the camp, he promised to send his lady secretary to go and make an inquiry for a trustworthy lawyer that will assist to be at the high court of Togo and swear the oath your behalf which will enable the bank to release the fund to us.

Rev Father Martin ask me to come back in the later in the evening to check if his secretary was able to get a good lawyer that will assist us in getting the remaining document from the High court of Lome Togo. According to the mail of the bank. There is no need of consulting your lawyer since all the required documents will be from the Togo high court according to the bank requirement. Like I earlier told you, that, I have the death certificate certificate in my possession and the only delay we have now is the document from the court which am praying that Rev will be able to assist in recommending a good lawyer, who will assist us in getting the document from the court as soon as possible, so that bank can make the transfer into your account.

I will come back to check your mail again.
