This morning Ghana local time, my officers on patrol arrested a man whom identifies himself as Engineer Philips Kwame, with two consignment boxes loaded with clean and spendable United States dollars in the amount of $7,000,000 dollars. He made a confessional statement that the total money inside the boxes belongs toMr.Young, and that the funds were treated under sun Blade Company limited. Engineer Philips Kwame is right inside my custody awaiting prosecution.
