I am truly happy that you have agreed in principle to proceed with me on the suggested project. I also want to assure you that this projects is not a joke, it is something i want you to take very seriously and to keep confidential. If you think you cannot do this, please let me know after you have gone through the steps which we have to follow.
Due to the sensitive nature of my work and what we are planning to do, we should be careful about any who we discuss the proposed project with; I therefore suggest that we listen to each other, learn to trust each other as we progress and understand that this is an important project.
The best and legal way to work is what I am arranging at this stage, therefore, I would like you to follow my strict instructions since I know how things work on this side more than yourself for now. This is Africa and in Africa things work a bit differently and a lot more easily, especially in situations like we have at hand, there is nothing new about it, we have seen it happen many times in the past and we happen to be lucky to have this opportunity.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The terms of our association which we have finally suggested for is this: you keep 40% of the proceeds, I and my 2 colleagues in the office keep 55% to be shared amongst us and 5% to repay you and repay us for any eventual per-expenditure in the course of the transaction.
THE STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED.
The steps are simple first, we need to set the proper process/ documents up.
Official Verification forms shall be completed and returned back to the payment and claim department, so we could proceed with the proper filing/documentation pursuant to establishing you as a bone-fide residual beneficiary to the unclaimed fund ( over invoiced) and the subsequent filing of claim for payment, with a view to releasing the available funds to your custody as anticipated. (This can be achieved as we proceed)
The plan is that, with the up-dated information on our data base , we could legally establish that you were recorded as the residual beneficiary in our data base before the death of the original contractor who supposedly, is related to you. (This we can do in the office without problems)
When we have all the correct information, we could proceed with probate court processes/registrations, which will form part of the basis for the legitimacy of your status and can give us the official impetus to proceed with other probate processes prior to, the release of the proceeds of the estate to your custody i.e., (your nominated bank account(s). (This can be achieved without problems)
You can also be sure that, officially, it is within our capacity to make this happen and we cannot fail and there will be no bad outcome. You can be sure of the best outcome.
Your presence may not be necessary for now but, a broker/an attorney must be used as your representative to shield you from any direct official inquiries at the early stages, when the time comes, you should be available for the requisite probate court procedure. (Before this stage you be 100% sure of the best outcome)
All necessary documents/forms to be completed and signed shall be sent to you when we have established that you are truly willing to proceed with us on the project and to follow our instructions.
All the necessary work to be done on your behalf will be contracted out to a professional broker/attorney of the right sort, to make the entire process easy. My colleagues in the project could facilitate the involvement of the right type of broker/attorney
All we have to do, is to facilitate the processes where necessary, logistically and otherwise, i.e. in terms of probate processes, engaging and retaining the right type of broker/attorny on your behalf, payment of the necessary, minor levies to the probate registrar and the revenue department
We shall all together make adequate provision for all preliminary processes officially and financially to ensure, we succeed without questions from any authority whatsoever.
We shall do the right things in the right ways and we shall bend some of the rules where necessary and no one will notice especially, with little financial inducement to the right people here and there, that is how things work here!
The summary is simple.
1) we will follow and conclude all probate processes as we should
2)we shall follow all other procedures, both within our department and the Bank and other related agencies to achieve our objective.
3)We shall employ gratification s/inducements here and there to enhance our ability to succeed without official scrutiny or questions.
4)We should make sure that we avoid talking about this to third parties from now onwards, to protect our project in the right manner.
5)We shall dully agree on how the best the estate would be moved to your custody,for example , whether we can move it at once or we should move it in small parts.
6)We shall rely on you to secure our own part of the proceed for us based on the agreement we shall reach with each other until we arrive to for the collection of our own proceed.
Hopefully, we shall discuss all these issues as we progress?Feel free to raise your concerns as I am most willing to give you further information, as and when it becomes necessary, especially, with the terms and conditions.and i would proceed with the arrangement of an attorny who is to be representing us in this matter after you have gotten back to me.
