questionnaire to this bank I have being directed by Mr Nelson Smith the 
director of Foreign Operation/Wire Transfer, to write you in respect to 
mail we received toady from young lady Miss Selina Fetosa 
Actually,we have being informed earlier about you by this young lady 
Miss Selina  Fetosa that she wishes you to be her trustee/representative 
  for the claim of her late father' s deposit with our bank. Late Dr. 
  Felix Fetosa  is our late customer with substantial amount(US $ 
  4.700,000.00) of deposit with us. Hence you have being really appointed 
  as a trustee to represent the next of Kin. However before our bank will 
  transact any business concerning the transfer of the fund with you, we 
  will like you to send the followings via email attachment: 
  
  1. A power of attorney which will permitting you to claim and transfer 
  the funds to your bank account on her behalf and an affidavit of oath. 
  This documents must be endorsed by a Senegalese resident lawyer as your 
  partner is resident in Senegal and she will sign on it as the next of 
  Kin. 
  2.The death certificate of late Dr.Felix Fetosa  for (Her late Father 
deceased confirmation of the death). 3. A copy of deposit certificate 
issued to Dr. Felix Fetosa by our bank. 

Note that the above requirements are compulsory, and are needed to 
protect our interest,yours, and the next of kin after the claims of the 
Fund. This is shall also ensure the smooth, quick and successful transfer 
of the fund will be made within 48 hour s.

We humbly wishes to inform you that the four (4) documents have all been 
screened and confirmed to be very authentic and correct by our legal team. 
Also in the other hand we crosschecked the Deposit Certificate of late Dr. F. Fetosa 
which we received and finding it similar to the copy which we have here with us.   
In this respect we have been instructed to transfer a total sum of 
US$4,700,00. (Four Million, Seven Hundred thousand US Dollars) 

from the account of late Dr. Felix Fetosa to your own nominated bank account. 
This payment process is to be carried out by our transfer department and as such, 
we would be obliged to furnish you with the relevant procedures. It would be necessary 
to inform you that all dealings with you or your nominated financial institution and our 
bank would be done under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom Law and our Banking Policy. 
It would be essential to note that as a financial intermediary, 
our obligation to guarantee a total fulfillment of the Escrow conditions on the 
paying and receiving parties cannot be over emphasized.You are therefore advised 
to acknowledge the following requirements. 

(A) You are required to immediately provide us the information/details of your 
nominated bank account fully endorsed by yourself, 
being where the money will be wired for you.  

(B) You are required to send to our bank immediately, a photocopy 
of either your International Passport, Driver' s License or your National 
Identity Card for identification of proof only, 
(scan it and send by e-mail attachment). 

(C) You are required to also send to us your direct contact Cell/Phone number(s). 

(D) You are required to immediately send your representative 
Lawyer from Senegal to our office here in Scotland for the final legal endorsement 
(upon the transfer power documents) 

with our own bank Attorney before the final remittance of Dr. F. Fetosa' s 
 fund to your own nominated Bank account respectively. Your representative 
lawyer will also be here with us on your behalf while the money is being wired 
to your bank and for him to finally sign an undertaking with us in acknowledging 
the successful conclusion to your transfer transaction with our bank as soon as you confirms 
the arrival of the money into your bank account there in your country.   
This procedure would ensure the smooth conclusion of this transaction and 
you are hereby advised to adhere hitherto.We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience(s) 
and we promise to give our customers the best of our services.
