Good afternoon to you. We are happy to announce to you of the progress
that we have made this morning. The security company has accepted to
move our consignment to you in MEXICO so that you can received it
there in your house. please we want you to meet the diplomat from
South Africa with my Representative in MEXICO by next week.
The security company has confirmed to us that the consignment can be
delivered to you in MEXICO by next week by diplomatic arrangement.
Once you confirm this arrangement the lawyer will finalize things
with the security company to arrange to move the consignment. In this
case you will receive the diplomat from the security company and my
representative from South Africa to sign and to collect the
consignment.(Funds) This arrangement has been confirmed today and
everything is set. So let me know the date that you will like the
officer to arrive in
MEXICO.
All you need to do is to meet the diplomat from South Africa with my
Representative who will bring the consignment to you. Please we are
trusting you with this money and I know you will not betray my family
after you have received the funds. So once the officer arrive they
will contact you so that you will meet together and hold a meeting.
I will take care of all the cost of shipment from security company
including all clearance papers here in South Africa. You will only
assist me to pay to the officer the fees for the clearing of the
consignment from the Authorites in MEXICO .and customs and the
consulate.
The cost of the " CLEARANCE FEES / HANDLING CHARGES" that you will
pay them in MEXICO, has been confirmed by next two days
from now please.
Please I want you to arrange this money down before the arrive. Once
you confirm this arrangement my lawyer will prepare the agreement and
send to you so that you can sign it and send back to me before your
trip.
You will handover this fees to the officer of the security company
once he arrive so that he can clear our consignment from customs and
consulate for delivery to you. The diplomat from the security company
will release and deliver the consignment to you once it is cleared
from the authorities.
Once you receive the consignment you will proceed to deposit the
funds to the bank and remove all your expenses of travel. Let me know
the date that will be okay for you to receive the officials so that
my lawyer can conclude with the security company on the date of
departure from South Africa.
The name of the officer from South Africa and my representative will
be given to you with all the details of consignment. We are trusting
you and I hope you will not betray us.
