(RE- CONTRACT PAYMENT WITH REF:FGN/PRP/008/010 IN YOUR FAVOUR).

This is the first month of the last quarter payment of the year and
you have not claimed your fund. We have reasoned with you but you
refused to reason with us. We have agreed with your instructions and
will be followed accordingly but the affidavit of
validation/documentation comes first before your payment
processing.You cannot send the document we requested to validate your
claims, you refused to visit and refused to pay the required
validation/documentation fee. How then do you want this problem
solved? By sending your fund without confirmation, validation,
documentation and processing of your payment? No, Validation and
confirmation must be accomplished before the release of your fund
through a cashier cheque, Draft or wire transfer.
