I take liberty to inform you that every outstanding contract/Inheritance payment in Africa has been forwarded to HSBC Bank of London and handed over to this office due to numerous problems, petitions and litigation from foreign contractors/Inheritance over non-payment of contract/Inheritance fund. Our work is to verify and declare authenticity of every contract/Inheritance awaiting payment to government for immediate release of their funds.

In the course of our duty, we discovered that majority of contractors/Inheritance did not receive their payment due to irregularities and improper documentations in some contractors/Inheritance files. We also discovered that most contractors/Inheritance actually never executed their acclaimed contract but some ministerial and parastatal officials were fronting contractors/Inheritance to claim over invoiced amount whereas the original contractors/Inheritance have been paid.
