Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

My difficulty is, I have huge funds totaling to the tune of US$ 370 Million that I deposited with a reputable and trusted Bank in Europe for investment purposes as I have resolved to use part of the funds in assisting some charity homes and organization.

I have just concluded today that I should contact a credible foreigner to receive the funds and invest with it on my behalf as the political climate here in Syria do not support my moving out of Syria,and coupled with monetary restriction imposed on Syria by the Assad led government, the funds cannot be moved into Syria either as I appeal for your assistance to receive the funds from the Bank where it is been deposited. Moreover I am contacting you as to keep to the terms and agreement of deposit with the bank as the funds is not meant to be delayed in the custody of the coded account with bank for longer than agreed as the funds is not in a running account but in a coded account with the Bank.

Reply me now as to enable me give you full details about the informed transaction. I pledge to reward you reasonably and I already have all arrangement concluded to swiftly release the funds to you on my behalf as the funds will be finally invested in your Country based on your business investment advice as investment climate is very conducive in your country as against the constant war and crises here in Syria which do not guarantee and support good investment climate for such huge fund as there is no security of life ,property and financial investment here in Syria.

I confirm receipt of your mail in acceptance to my proposal to you of which I am very glad to note that you are willing to work with me in this fund project which needs to be concluded as quickly as possible, having realized the situation and the urgency to have this fund project achieved within this shortest time frame knowing very well what is happening in Syria.


1. Please I would want you to let me know your financial capability to handle my fund project in your custodian receiving account as there will be some transaction expenses that will be required hence the securing and legalization, Notarization of all the Transaction Documentation which will enable the EU Central Bank to approve the fund transfer to your account.

2.I would want to know your readiness to schedule your trip to Europe as to be physically present in the holding Financial Institution where you will be required to sign all relevant legal vital fund back-up Transfer Documents as required by the EU Financial Transaction Laws for such magnitude of funds.

3.Be informed that upon confirmation of your positive response to the above mentioned, I will advise my lawyer to prepare MoU Agreement which will be binding both of us in this fund project where the percentage of what you stand to gain in this fund project will be enshrined so that each party will be secured in the project.

4. You will also be required to tender your valid ID and complete receiving details as this is very important so that I know the identity of whom I will be dealing with in this very fund project.
