Felix Chukwuma: pay the sum of $120 for the registration of your Bio-data

I am instructed by the new minister of finance Mrs.Kemi Adeosun,to inform you that all the fees you are supposed to pay before receiving your contract fund have been waived off, Enough foreign exchange has been approved from the foreign Reserve Bank for the payment of international contractor (s)although, there is no serious changes in the regulation except that the Central Bank just released beneficiary Identification registration with Debt management office (DMO).With effect from Monday 14/12/2015,all contractor having pending payment are to register his/her Bio-data showing photograph with DMO.

According to the CBN Newsletter, the purpose is to avoid payment diversion.

You are required to pay the sum of $120 for the registration of your Bio-data showing photograph with DMO.

You have no other payment to make except the US$120 dollars for the registration your which will only cost you the sum of $120 Bio-data showing photograph with DMO.

There is no cost for registration the new Government has wave off all fees attached to payments for foreign contractors and the duration is seven (7) days commencing from the date stated above.

I suppose you won' t have difficulty in sending your Data for registration and you are advice to stop every communication in regards to your payment with any body or group of people .Be warned.And you have to stop every communication with any body or group of people regarding the transfer of your fund.
