integrated Africa will be fully realized through the relentless
struggle on several fronts and as a long-term endeavor. The UN and
African Union have shifted focus from supporting liberation movements
in the erstwhile African territories under colonialism and apartheid,
as envisaged by the OAU since 1963 and the Constitutive Act, to an
organization spearheading Africa’s development and integration. I
know you are very tired and fade-up of sending money to Africa without
getting anything out of it, this has resulted to illegal communication
or dealings with illegal office and those you call your representative
in Ghana or other part of Africa country, so we are advising you once
again, never to send any money to any person no matter who he/she in
Africa in general because if you do you are at your own risk. I'm
writing you in good faith in reference of the recent development that
has been happening here in African and in regard to our question. I

coordinator Officer (HCO) for Ghana, Benin Republic, Lome-Togo,
Nigeria and Congo with the Project funds of $5million dollar assigned

Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz and Ban ki-moon to resume your office and for
you to attend the upcoming meeting in respect of the upcoming project
skills for the betterment of the Africa Refugee camp which will be
taken place 2week of December 2015. The Project funds and your
traveling allowance will be allocated to your Bank account as soon as
complete your Membership registration to obtained your UN and AU
Membership Certificate because of your previous / present dealings in
Africa for the past years, and this certificate will be approved and
sealed for those who have not received anything from the African all
these years. This will help you and allow you to get all your pending
funds, consignment release for free of charge as soon as you obtained
your International Organizations Membership Certificate (if not) than
100 years to come there is no way you can get any funds out from
Africa, we ask you to obtain this certificate is for your own benefit
from now till (4) years' time. The Membership Registration charges to
obtain your UN and AU Membership Certificate will be disclose to you
in our next message and it's valid for (3) years with a recommendable
monthly salary of $32,400 and a yearly allowance which will be
disclose to you as soon as you accept this offer, it has links to the
