For most reasons, Easy Express Logistics (EEL) Managing Team have set the Online Questionnaire (OQ) and Expatriate Probation Period (EPP) for our candidates who are not presently in Malaysia to be rest assured that we relay with human and not machine.

We acknowledge your appropriate answers to the OQ, this would enable us proceed ahead on your recruitment process for the position of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at EEL in Selangor, Malaysia.

AGREEMENT LETTER

Attention

With reference to your application for the captioned position of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and subsequent resume Test and Online Questionnaire (OQ), we are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for the same placement at Easy Express Logistics (EEL) Company with the following Terms and Conditions:

Start Date

You are appointed as a Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with effect from 11th of March 2015.

Expatriate Probation Period (EPP)

The EPP would be six months with salary and weekly allowance full pay for the comprehensive six months. However, after the EPP, it would be extended at the discretion of the company for a further period of next two years and six months to fulfill three years contract duration with the EEL Company.

EPP Salary Disbursement

Employee shall receive upfront salary of three months before arrival and job resumption with EEL Company in Selangor Malaysia. During the EPP, employee will be entitled to a fixed salary of $4,800 per month after tax deduction.

After Expiry of EPP (in case found suitable)

After the expiry of EPP, if you are found suitable by the company for the same post or a different post, you will be confirmed in your new appointment for extra two years and six months contract period on a salary of $4,800 as per EEL Company Labor Statistics, plus benefit, other incentives, allowances and contributory provident fund.

Employer’s Proceedings

EEL Company shall bear the expenses of processing and providing all employees’ travel documents to duty location in Selangor Malaysia. All employees’ travel documents shall be delivered to employee by DHL/FedEx/UPS.

Should the employee hesitate to resume duty after the company’s travel expenses for the employee? The EEL Company shall order the company’s accredited attorney in Malaysia to open a Reimbursement File with the employee’s Job Reference to reimburse the travel expenses made by the EEL Company.

Employee’s Proceedings

Employee shall contact the company’s accredited agent in Malaysia for Clearance / Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU). This is an agreement between the Employer and the Employee in order to achieve Workforce Certificate with EEL Company. The Workforce Certificate is a vital entity to ensure that all company’s expenses for the employee is at-will and by such certificate, the employee would duly travel down for duty on the assigned date as stipulated above for job resumption.

Should the employee attain the Clearance / MOU with the company’s accredited agent and achieved Workforce Certificate? The EEL Company shall duly reimburse the employee the expenses of attaining the Clearance / MOU obligation and obtaining the Workforce Certificate; Reimbursement shall effect through our corresponding bank prior to departure for duty in Malaysia.

We have received your Agreement Letter with acceptance of Terms and contract. The same copy of your signed letter has been forwarded to the General Manager for final approval of your employment with the EEL team.

You should receive a copy of MOU from the agent, scan and send to us the same copy by email in order to finally approve your employment.

Upon receiving the copy of MOU would enable us confirm your employment with the General Manager and will proceed to prepare your travel documents at the same time.

Your travel documents and flight ticket shall be prepared together and delivered to your home or office address by DHL/FedEx/UPS within our office 72 working hours.

Meanwhile the preparation of your travel documents and flight ticket is pending awaiting receipt of your MOU with confirmation of the copy from you and the agent.

Proceed with the agent for obtaining the MOU while you send us a copy to enable us proceed from our side to complete the formalities and get your travel documents and flight tickets ready.

Letter for an Expatriate who took a job opportunity with Easy Express Logistics Company (EEL) in Selangor Malaysia.

You are employed by the Easy Express Logistics Company for support in her three years contract program to embrace the facilities and meet the requirements of customers, individuals and commercial expectation.

Please make sure you read and understand the protocol written herein for proper assessment, issuance of work visa, flight tickets, workers' important documents and schedule date of travel.

We shall process your UK work visa, flight tickets, workers' important documents and schedule date of travel as a demand by the Easy Express Logistics Company whereas in this written protocol by the law.

For your migration with Easy Express Logistics Company, your particulars is been processed and endorsed properly by the Labor Home Office in Malaysia for issuance of your Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to get hold of Workforce Certificate which you will present to your employer assuring that you are willingly to meet their requirements and facilities with force and without a Decamp/Droop Act until expiration date of contract.

MOU will confirm you eligible and is mandatory for workers who accepts to work and live with registered company in Malaysia to ensure agreement is at will until expiration date, the MOU is supported by the Easy Express Logistics Company as it is the principle Act by several workers to successfully receive their workforce certificate, visa, flight tickets and other related documents to Malaysia from the employer for your work engagement and is been procured personally by the worker while it’s presented to the employer by the employee for declaration to dodge toward decamp during contract period as you would be valued and given access to the primary duties/facilities in the company engaged with you.

Easy Express Logistics Company shall disburse your upfront months’ salary to you according to their payroll policy including prepared flight tickets (business class) prior to departure from your present location to Malaysia for resumption of your duty in due time.

Your work visa to Malaysia and flight tickets will be paid for by the Easy Express Logistics Company and would be scheduled in a convenient time/hour for both parties (employer and employee) and you shall receive other related packages by the company policy before resumption of your first work with Easy Express Logistics Company in duty location.

On custody of this approved protocol by our candidate whom it may concern; You will do as stipulated herein, this is your one step away from meeting the requirements/facilities for acquisition of work and live with Easy Express Logistics in Malaysia.

Initially you will provide your particulars and processing fee for proper endorsement in order to acquire MOU with your job reference and at the same time process your travel documents to present a declaration to dodge towards decamp/droop during contract period and after endorsement would obtain your MOU document, Workforce Certificate, work visa, flight tickets and other related important documents at the same time for your entrance into Malaysia.

You will be receiving the original copies of your Malaysia work visa, MOU, Workforce Certificate, Prepared Flight Tickets (Business Class), Agreement/Appointment Letter and other employee' s related documents by DHL Speed Post to your specified mailing address and in convenient time within 72 working hours from the Easy Express Logistics Company.
