AGREEMENT LETTER

Attention
With reference to your application for the captioned position of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and subsequent resume Test and Online Questionnaire (OQ), we are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for the same placement at Easy Express Logistics (EEL) Company with the following Terms and Conditions:
Start Date
You are appointed as a Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with effect from 11th of March 2015.
Expatriate Probation Period (EPP)
The EPP would be six months with salary and weekly allowance full pay for the comprehensive six months. However, after the EPP, it would be extended at the discretion of the company for a further period of next two years and six months to fulfill three years contract duration with the EEL Company.
EPP Salary Disbursement
Employee shall receive upfront salary of three months before arrival and job resumption with EEL Company in Selangor Malaysia. During the EPP, employee will be entitled to a fixed salary of $4,800 per month after tax deduction.
After Expiry of EPP (in case found suitable)
After the expiry of EPP, if you are found suitable by the company for the same post or a different post, you will be confirmed in your new appointment for extra two years and six months contract period on a salary of $4,800 as per EEL Company Labor Statistics, plus benefit, other incentives, allowances and contributory provident fund.
Employer’s Proceedings
EEL Company shall bear the expenses of processing and providing all employees’ travel documents to duty location in Selangor Malaysia. All employees’ travel documents shall be delivered to employee by DHL/FedEx/UPS.
Should the employee hesitate to resume duty after the company’s travel expenses for the employee? The EEL Company shall order the company’s accredited attorney in Malaysia to open a Reimbursement File with the employee’s Job Reference to reimburse the travel expenses made by the EEL Company.
Employee’s Proceedings
Employee shall contact the company’s accredited agent in Malaysia for Clearance / Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU). This is an agreement between the Employer and the Employee in order to achieve Workforce Certificate with EEL Company. The Workforce Certificate is a vital entity to ensure that all company’s expenses for the employee is at-will and by such certificate, the employee would duly travel down for duty on the assigned date as stipulated above for job resumption.
Should the employee attain the Clearance / MOU with the company’s accredited agent and achieved Workforce Certificate? The EEL Company shall duly reimburse the employee the expenses of attaining the Clearance / MOU obligation and obtaining the Workforce Certificate; Reimbursement shall effect through our corresponding bank prior to departure for duty in Malaysia.
Employee’s Benefit
Employee shall duly receive these benefits during employment with the EEL Company.

Orders / Directions Of The Manager
You shall obey the orders, directions of the Manager and other superiors and officers of the company. We are sure that will be reciprocally beneficial for both the parties (Employer and Employee).
