Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. A scammer often fails in making his victim pay him money. But he does not give up if he thinks it is still possible to convince the victim. He could try a new scam with hidden millions or a big lottery winning. Another approach is a compensation letter where he promises the victim a big sum as compensation. The compensation money does not exist, - it is simply the start of a new scam. The letter below is an example of such a letter.

Hello My Dear,
How are you, i presume fine.  Is me Khadija,  hope you have not forgotten me. I brought good news for you. Is all about freedom, success, happiness and joy. It  pleases me  to inform you that i am no more a refugee. My predicaments has became a story to tell now  and i am happy that you are one of the hearer of the ugly story which is now a good news. The fund had been successful  transferred under the cooperation of a new partner from Paraguay. I am currently in Paraguay now and the transferred money is under the management of my beloved partner.

I am really thankful to God Almighty.  All my plan and concern now is to go back to studies. Meanwhile, your  attention to me during those days i was in the desert have not be forgotten despite that our aim was not successfully carried out.

Now you need to contact the Reverend who was my counselor and a good father to me when I was in refugee Camp, Dakar, Senegal. He was the one behind my freedom and success. His name is Reverend Patrick and his email address is ( patrickdiv@yahoo.com  ), while his phone number is (+221763841311 ). I instructed him to send you a Package containing a Draft check of $150,000.00 (One Hundred and fifty Thousand US Dollars). I wish to express my love for you and as well,  appreciated the kind attention and efforts carried out by you toward me at that time. So feel free and get in touched with the Reverend in Senegal and instruct him where to send you the package.

At the moment, I' m very busy with my educational planning and some projects which I and my new partner are having at hand, and also preparing for my wedding  which is going to take place soon. To be sincere, the lord is good and i am very grateful to him because i later survived from that heavy storms that befall on me.

Please I will like you to accept this token with good faith as this is from the bottom of my heart, and also do communicate with Reverend Patrick  so that he will send the package to you without any delay.

Further-more, you may not be receiving any messages from me for now because my new partner here does not accept me talking with people due to the way things are between me and him, so take note and do not expect further mail from me but at a convenience time, you will hear from me.  Thanks and God bless you and your family.

It is better you get the loan from your bank over there because i have no time to make it here, I am very busy and occupied here, even the check Khadija offered me is not yet credited because i have no time to process it. You should try and get the loan over there to facilitate the posting of the check to you and also, you get the money to look after your sick mother.

May the good Lord bless you.
Rev. Patrick.
