REVOCATION OF AGENCY RIGHTS
TO ALL FOREIGN CONTRACTORS/OVERDUE PAYMENT.

I.Dr.Goodluck Ebele Jonathan,President and Commander-in Chief of the
Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Hereby sign into law
due to the recent verification/investigation carried out by the
Presidential visitation committee presently in Abuja,on Foreign
Contractors and all overdue payment as follow:

1.That all Agency right and third party representation in respect of
protracted payment resulting from Ministries,Parastatals,Departmental
Heads and Corporate Contracts are hereby REVOKED/CANCELLED.

2.ALL CONTRACTORS,INHERITANCE,AND ALL OTHER PAYMENTS:whose payments
are still outstanding as at this date should liaise directly with DR
JONAH OGUNNIYI OTUNLA(THE ACCOUNTANT GENERAL FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF
NIGERIA for the confirmation/record purpose to avoid delayed payment.

3.SUBJECT to the above stipulation,we validate and confirm the earlier
appointment of DR JONAH OGUNNIYI OTUNLA the Accountant General of
Nigeria to take care of matters affecting contractors'and any
outstanding payments from the Federal Government of Nigeria and Africa
Organization Forum to enable the paying bank to effect the transfer
without any hitch or delay.

4.HENCEFORTH,all committee under the Presidency,Directors of the
National House of Assembly, Director Federal Ministry of
Finance,Presidential Advisory Board on Foreign Contractors payment,the
Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporations(NDIC),the Parastatal, Contract
Review Chairman,Federal Audit and Verification Panel, all accredited
Presidential Task Force on Contract Payment and Senate Committee of
Foreign Contract/all overdue Payment should submit their files and
reports of all outstanding payments to DR JONAH OGUNNIYI OTUNLA(THE
ACCOUNTANT GENERAL FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA.

5.By the strength of this ACT,the Chairman Awarding
Committee,International Finance Unit,the Minister of Finance and all
concerned authorities are therefore advised to submit all
files/correspondence concerning the release of all contract and
overdue payments to the above mentioned office.Any contractor or
overdue beneficiary who therefore goes contrary to these directives is
doing that at his/her own risk.However,all unauthorized Correspondent
Overseas,Committees,Banks,Off-shore Security Companies and
International Monetary Fund are hereby DIRECTED TO DR JONAH OGUNNIYI
OTUNLA(THE ACCOUNTANT GENERAL FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA TO HANDLE.

6.Contravention of the stipulation of this Act any person or
persons,real or fictitious, parastatals and institutions constitutes
an act of economic sabotage to the Federal Republic of Nigeria and is
punishable by Law.


7.This ACT may be cited as REVOCATION OF AGENCY RIGHT AND
PAYMENT/VERIFICATION ACT 75 dated this 3rd day of March 2015.
