FOREIGNERS.
I lost the election to General Muhammed Buhari and I will be vacating the office as head of states on May so I have
decided to settle all foreign payment with a month before vacating the office.
Be informed that your cries and petitions over the way the Nigerian Officials were maltreating you by delaying
your funds thereby making things difficult for you, family and company have touched me and I hereby from my
official capacity decided to pay all foreigners by myself direct from my office before vacating this office.

Million Five Hundred United Sates Dollars) that will be paid out must be approved from my office by me.

number after reconfirming your Entitlement Amount, Banking details, telephone numbers, and ID. The only
Mandatory fee that will be required of you till you receive your fund is 98USD which will be paid to the authorized
presidential cashier(AHAMEFULA NWARIE) Address: LAGOS NIGERIA for issuance of Presidential Immunity Waiver
on your entitlement release.

On behalf of the Presidency and the board of directors of CBN and FMF, I do hereby issue a standby Guarantee in
respect of your fund release
This GUARANTEE is in favor in respect of your Approved entitlement fund, upon confirmation of the Mandatory
Waiver fee 98USD, Your fund will be release to you either by KTT or Certified Bank Draft without further hitch.
This standby GURANTEE is legally enforceable and CBN will be held liable in the event of any default or breach of
the terms stated in this standby GUARANTEE.
