Re: Circular in regard of An abandoned shipment of two Metallic Trunk Boxes.Value USD$10.5 Million United States of American Dollars.

It has come to our knowledge that you have been victimized in your pursuit of your claims of your Consignments in Africa -Ghana-West Africa. We have also observed that you have been extorted so much money that it became difficult for you to get hold of your Funds/Consignments, from our investigation gathered from our networking since the beginning of this year in which you were made to spend fortune to receive your Funds/consignments.

We have been Challenged for the lost of your Fund/Consignments to this faceless individual and self acclaimed government representatives whom has been contacting you based on your recovery of your consignment/Fund before now. We are also informed about how you laboured and fought for the claims and receive of your Fund/Consignments but no avail in receiving your Fund/Consignments but instead you are left with no option than to be asking to pay more fees for one reasons to another under false presence and nothing to show forth for.

We bring to your notice that going by the recent intervention of the Anti Corruption Ghana through the orders of the Ghana Head of State who empowers this Panel to officially contact you for the onward release and forwarding of your Consignment through our Intermediary Delivery Service Ghana Post, but you must have to have your Consignment claimed and be forward to any address of your choice through the help of this office to guide you through to claim your Consignment prior delivery. However, we hereby advised that henceforth you stop further contact with any other person(s)Offices,or group of individual who may contact you in respect of your Fund.

Listen here and Listen Careful, you require not to pay any money to any body or any upfront payment for the processing and forwarding of your Consignment to your Address except the Governmental Official fee in the Claim FORM in which you expected to filled and return the FORM with the fee to this office for Immediate dispatched of your Consignment to your address,Again no Payment other than Official Claim FORM fee ($45).

Also we request that you re-confirm to us with immediate effect your contact details such as your first and second pages of your International Passport Copies/ Driver's License to enable us Identify whom we are dealing with so as to avoid error in transferring your Consignment to a wrong hands while upon it . You must also be well informed that your Consignment has been retrieved by this Panel and we are working round the clock to ensure that you received your dully Consignment within the scheduled time.
