My son. i went to the Eco bank to inquire about the opening of account.they told me that it will cost me 850 dollar.i went back with the cheque and went to U B A bank and they told me that you don' t need to open account.all you need to do is to open an VISA CARD account then  your money will be deposited into your VISA CARD account then they will send you only the card for your withdrawal over there in your country.
