former head of state in my country before the rebels attacked our house
one early morning and killed him alongside with my mother.

for me all through. I couldn't even eat nor talk as i have been crying
and weeping helplessly thinking on how to get this money to pay to the
lawyer for the preparation of the power of attorney and affidavit of

dear, i called the Lawyer on phone through the Reverend father's phone
after reading your mail to know how far he has gone towards getting the
documents and He told me that he is waiting to hear from you to send him
the money so that he will go to the federal high court and process the
documents. He said that he has given you the cost of processing of the
documents which is $1,255 US Dollars.
He told
me that we have to pay the money before he will prepare the power of
attorney due to the stamp duty fees at the Federal high court before the
chief Judge will sign the power of attorney. He said that the money
will be paid at the Federal High Court before the documents could be
signed and issued to him. So he said that the money will not be paid at
his office but rather at the Federal High Court.
Please
my dear try your possible best to see that this money for the
processing of the power of attorney is send to the lawyer as soon as
possible so that the money will be transferred into your account hence
they are the only documents that remains now OK.
