We are surprised that you have not being informed about this new payment method initiated by His Excellency President Muhammadu Buhari to help beneficiaries like you, and your name was among the 22 enlisted beneficiaries that will partake in this new payment method as your name was stated in this attached PAGE of SUN News Paper. President has made it clear that in his relentless effort to change the image of this nation and settle all our outstanding debt owed to our foreign beneficiaries and make this nation a God fearing nation, a Nation that will be free from corruption, bribery, murder and disobedient to the Law, as a president of this Country I want to fight corruption to the last, so that the Glory of this Country will be back. since resuming office as the President of this Country, I have received numerous complains from the Local and Foreign Beneficiaries over the way unscrupulous officials of the banks and the Government collaborated and refused to release their Over Due Inheritance/Contract payment owed to them by this Country. In my effort to resolve this problem, I had a meeting with the Federal Executive Council (FEC) in respect to this matter, as we understood that some Fees are required in order to process and Transfer of your Funds into your Account, because your fund is sealed not to be deducted by any bank because of the fraudulent activities of some banks, that use the way of deducting fee from the beneficiary fund to divert or steal the beneficiary fund, so in order to make it easier for all the Beneficiaries to receive their Funds, we have come out with the new payment program called a Presidential Installment Payment Initiative (PIPI). Out of the TWO BILLION DOLLARS Excess crude OIL revenue, the President have mapped out US$231,000,000.00 ( Two Hundred and Thirty One Million United States Dollars) to be SHARED to 22 enlisted beneficiaries, US$10MILLION each as their Scam compensation/inheritance fund owed to them for this quarter payment. Due to the so much Corruptions in the Banking sector, I have appoint the new Secretary to the Federation Dr. Ogbonaya Onu to supervise and monitor the entire process to ensure that all the listed beneficiaries who complied to this new payment method receive their payment without any delay.
Under this PRESIDENTIAL INSTALLMENT PAYMENT INITIATIVE, we have deliberated with the Bank in charge of this payment to allow Beneficiaries the privilege of receiving their Funds in two (3) installments. To break this down: SevenHundred and Fifty Dollars ($750) fee will facilitate the release ofquarter payment of Two Million, Five Hundred United States Dollars (US$2,500,000.00) only.One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) fee will facilitate the release of half payment of FIVE Million United States Dollars (US$5,000,000.00) only. THREE THOUSAND Dollars ($3000) fee which is the total fee will facilitate the release of your Full Approved Part Payment of your Compensation/Contract/inheritance Funds in the sum of Ten Million United States Dollars (US$10,000,000.00).
