No , you dont need t pay for the reduction certificate, it is free of charge here in the of the presidency. you have come to down Nigeria and obtain a copy of your own free of charge.
why by you can not come because of thing, than you have to pay $350 for transportation free for a lawyer to help you and get a copy for you. before that you have write a letter of authority that you authors him to obtain the certificate on your behave. that only thing. if you can come by your self.
