Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Attn: Honorable Contractor.

Dear Sir,

I am CARDINAL ANTHONY OLUBUNMI OKOGIE, Chairman Contract Review and
Debt Management Committee, Office of the Presidency.

Our New President, Mohammadu Buhari has mandated me and my office to
review and refund all moneys scammed from Foreign Contractors by
corrupt and fake government officials in the last/past regimes. This
is in line with our new government policy and intention to redeem our
International Image.

Your name is in the list of scammed Foreigners/Contractors forwarded
to me for my immediate attention and refund payment. It is therefore
my humble request that you contact me with details of your scammed
amount and full information so that we can process the immediate
refund.

It is unfortunate that this happened in the past regimes when people
perpetrated fraudulent activities against Foreign Contractors and
obtained monies from them illegally without any real intention to
favor them in any way. But that has been brought to final end in this
administration!

However, we regret the problems and inconveniences our past officials
may have caused you but promise to revamp the system and assure you of
our 100% co-operation in getting this issues resolved !

With sincere regards,
CARDINAL ANTHONY OLUBUNMI OKOGIE.
