PAYMENT
APPROVAL FROM THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT
I am here to inform you that your
long over-due contract payment will get to you before this end of the month.
You know that am newly elected as the president of this great nation but I want
to assure you that issues concerning your contract payment will soon be over. I
have personally taken this matter into my hand because the issue of our foreign
contractors whom have not been able to receive their payment was among my very
top agenda and I must surely finish up with it as soon as possible because many
have already gotten theirs by the special grace of the Almighty Allah.
What am trying to make you
understand now is this, you should please stop any contact with anybody or any
agency concerning this your 10.5million contract payment because I know that
some many people will be trying to deceive you from all parts but you should
note that non of them can pay you your contract fund expect the person whom I
approved this transaction of. I want you to follow up the Mrs. Adaobi L. Usman New
Director Foreign Remittance Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) because he is the one
and only person who will pay you your contract fund as I have approved. This is
my final say and Nigerian cannot be blamed if anything should happen to your
fund.
Note: that before you receive your
contract fund into your local bank account in your country, will come dawn to Nigeria
and signed all your contract documents as beneficiary that's order I give to Mrs.
Adaobi L. Usman.
