The funeral rites of the deceased will be completed tomorrow . As the attorney to deceased, it is my onus to present you to the bank as the next of kin as earlier appointed by my client. I shall help you in my best capacity. His death is a big loss to humanity but I bet we have to face reality now and accept fate.
I have been able to make contact with the bank today on the procedure of fund release to you immediately after his funeral rites. The details they requested are legal documents that will be secured from the High court here in Ivory Coast. I want all the documents ready before 2 days time when i will be taking them to the bank.
They requested the following documents from the next of kin which is you;

3. A power of attorney letter declaring you as the beneficiary.

The bank also stated that they cannot tamper with the funds for what ever reason until you have been able present them with requested legal documents. They went saying the account is an active fixed account.
As soon as the necessary documents is completed, I will attest them at the High Court here in Abidjan,Ivory Coast and it will be forwarded to the bank. The bank will contact you with necessary information needed for the transfer of funds.
I have taken the bold step in getting the much information and also the cost of getting them from the high court. Below are breakdown of the fees;
1. Affidavit of claim.
This will cost you an oath fee of $680 depending on the current exchange rates. This is because a notary public will be standing in for you to take the oath as well as a supervising attorney.

This will cost you a fee of three hundred and twenty dollars $320

On the submission of the above listed documents, the bank will release the funds of Late Mr Roy Peterson to you to pursue his course. You will take away all expenses incurred in getting the funds from the bank as soon as the money is transferred before you initiate any project of my late client. I urge you to keep to your earlier promises to the deceased. I bet he will be happy to note that his dreams were fulfilled by you.
We at the chambers will also provide all necessary international tax documents, so that you won't have tax problems in your country apparent to the transfer of funds.
