I am writing to present to you a proposal as regards the 3 tons or equivalent three thousands kilogrammes of Gold Nuggets already available within the Kenyan Airport.

Context: - If you can recall or the very least Google, JKIA Airport in Nairobi Kenya burnt down and this caused a lot of confusion as most documents as regards the various shipments could not be located.

I represent my partner (name withheld) who, in his capacity as a senior manager at the Cargo Centre decided to transfer the entire 3,000 Kgs of Unclaimed Gold Nuggets to a private security company operating in Kenya. Two years down the line, we are now ready to enter into any meaningful transaction to ship this Gold to the outside market. The shipment can be done in three batches of 1,000 or less Kgs each.
