To begin with, I thank you for responding to my confidential mail which will benefit both of us once accomplished.

Sequel to my previous mail, I am soliciting your consent to stand in as the bona-fide next kin to my deceased client because of the vacuum left for a heir to be presented before the bank in order to receive the fund which he left behind in their custody. It does not matter is your are related to the deceased or not.

WHAT THE TRANSACTION IS ALL ABOUT :-

Late Mr. Humphrey Donald Young spent most of all his life time here in my country TOGO, situated in the western part of African continent with Lome as its capital city. Though he did not talk much about his root while he was alive and that' s the reason why I found it difficult to trace any of his relation. I was his lawyer for over 14yrs before his untimely death but for one reason or the other, he did not tell me anything about his family tree and relations even when I asked, he never wanted to have that subject discussed. I am still his legal representative over his estate and it is for this reason that bank notified me of their intentions to confiscate his fund in line with their banking policy and legal decision if claim is not made.

Sequel to my first mail, my contacting you was prompted by the notification given to me by the finance house to present a heir to the estate amount of Six Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars ( US$6,500,000.00 ) of my deceased client and as such, your representation is no violation of law because it is legally acceptable for one to make claims whereby his or her stand is defended legally which I will do in your favour. More to this legal justification is further explained below.

THE WAY FORWARD : -

I have no doubt whatsoever that you are capable to handle this transaction and I want to make it knowledgeable to you that our laws and constitution is very clear on transfer of estate of a deceased person to a next of kin. My said client, Mr. Humphrey Donald Young died on the 12th of April 2009 without living a WILL pronouncing who should inherit his estate, as a result of this vacuum, your good -self will come in between as the next of kin to my deceased client. Despite the fact that you do not know this person or might not be related to him, but the common name " Young " remains the same with that of the deceased and this will give us a good advantage. In all standard, it is not a thing of immorality or illegal for you to stand in as the bona-fide next of kin because we shall remain within the ambit of the law to accomplish this goal.

Further to the legality and the legitimacy of your stand as the heir, please note that the next of kinship is not limited to direct family or blood relations to a decease person but could be extend to anyone (friend, business partner, kinsmen, wife related by marriage, orphan or whosoever) as long as a stated pronunciation is established in the court of law to justify this status and I am standing as your representing Attorney and will back you up in this regards.

1. The very first thing is for you to make up your mind fully to co-operate with me in the claim. You will represent as the next of kin to my deceased client Mr. Humphrey Donald Young and on that understanding you will have to dedicate yourself seriously from now till the end of the transaction. You have to believe in me and I in you for the overall interest of both of us. But where we have doubts in each other integrity, it will not augur well.

2.Once you give me your firm commitment, then the next step will be for me to apply to the bank on your behalf requesting them to transfer the estate of your late relative to you as the inheritor. The text of the letter to the bank will be prepared by me as the lawyer to the family and be submitted to the bank here.

3. Once the bank receives the letter they will make contact with you and thereafter they will request for some vital documents to prove that you are actually related to the deceased (late Mr. Humphrey Donald Young ). Those documents to be demanded are obtainable through the High Court of Togo hence you will not have problem satisfying their demand. After the documents are submitted and verified, then the rest will be purely administrative paperwork which the bank will under take before transferring the estate funds left behind by the deceased. Above are the major procedure which I want you to understand clearly.

Like I earlier informed, if this fund is not claimed within a specific period of time, it will be re-deposited into the treasury of the Bank as unclaimed bill which will be shared among the board of directors for their selfish needs due to high level of corruption here and that will become history. It is not my wish that this fund should be taken by these greedy bank directors. Rather, I will prefer to claim it with you for a better purpose because I will like to use part of my share to set up charity organization for the needy and to fund God' s kingdom.

May I seize this opportunity once again to reassure you that this is a hitch free transaction of no consequences after wards because every process from start to finish will be legally handled to protect your interest and any breach of law as may concern inheritance matters.The bank officials know that I was personal attorney to the deceased and had at various times in the past represented by client in the bank in one or two matters concerning his investment. For this reasons the issue of suspicion or doubt on whether or not you are the next of kin will not arise. Basically I need you to stand firmly with me and follow my guidance till the end and once the fund is transferred to your account it will be shared in the equitable ratio.

It is my belief that my above explanation will give you peace of mind and encourage you to co-operate with me fully so that we can get the amount transferred to your account without further delay. I wish to explain further about Mr. Humphrey Donald Young with the following details:
