Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

During the 41st G7 summit which was held in Germany on August 7–8 2016,It was alarmed so much by world leaders about the numbers of complain been received each day in their countries by their citizen about Africa. They unanimously agreed to compensated all the scam victims with the sum of $12.7m for them to start a new life.

America President Barack Obama was very very annoyed because his country men and women where the most hint by these scam artist. So, he has instructed all African head of states/presidents of African countries to make sure that all foreign payments in Africa is paid to the rightful owner before the end of this YEAR 2016.

According to him some of them have spent a lot of money and still they have not received their fund. So all African Leaders in conjunction with United Nations and G7 is compensating you with the sum of $12.7m United State Dollars because of what has happened to you in the past.

President Barack Obama has warned them that failure to comply with this instruction. Then, they will lose all the Grant they have been enjoying from United Nations, United States of America and other G7 Countries.
