Topic: Most Urgent / bank requirement / Barr. Michael Nellson.
Greetings,
Am just coming back from the Probate Registry office to get the last document (Change of beneficiary certificate to your name) as my loan was approved today.
I have signed all documents and submitted it to the Probate Register office and would have collected the certificate now.
We are required to pay $990 stamp duty fee for the Change Of Beneficiary certificate, I did not know about this fee when I applied for the loan for the affidavits.
My applied loan was 6000 and I have used all the money to secure the affidavits of claim from the high court now and am left with $140. I humbly request for your kind assistance in paying this fee to enable us secure the change of beneficiary so that your fund will be legalize in your name and the bank proceed in transferring your fund today if we get this last document. We need $850 to complete this transaction I only have $140 left from the loan.
Once we pay the fee I will get the Change of Beneficiary certificate and submit it to the bank immediately today. I believe once this is done your fund US$5,500,000.00 will be transferred by the bank today.
Mrs. Shaw surgery is tomorrow and I will like the fund to be transferred by tomorrow to avoid any negative outcomes.
