No they can only allow me to proceed to your house only when you
confirm the receipt of the consignment key and code.

We are waiting to hear from you because there is nothing we can do
without the $480.
If you truly want your package fund to be cleared and delivered to you
i advise you try and send the fee right away because this is the only
thing delaying the delivery to your home.
