This is to draw your attention that following my recent appointment as Vice
President/Treasurer of World bank Africa , the world bank Africa service team
held an extra ordinary meeting with all the financial regulatory agencies of
Economic Committee of west Africa states (ECOWAS) which comprises 15 countries
in west Africa sub region including Nigeria, Ghana, Togo, Burkina Faso, and
Republic of Benin to work out a modality of making sure that all debts owed to
foreign contractors and suppliers and unclaimed foreign Inheritances are paid
in this year' s last 4th Quarter 2016 foreign debt payment schedule.
After a wide consultation with the all the financial regulatory agencies of the
ECOWAS region, we resolved that the following step will be taken to alleviate
the untold hardship foreign beneficiaries envisaged in the hands of the
officials who are said to be helping them to get their long overdue payments.
We therefore set up a panel called the (FOREIGN DEBT RECONCILIATION PANEL) to
carry out the full supervision of this payment and make sure that each of the
listed beneficiaries receive his or her long over due fund in this year' s last
quarter 2016 World Bank Africa Debt payment Schedule. The sum of US$7,500,000.00
( Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) was approved as
part/full payment for each of the listed beneficiaries.
However, on verification of the file sent to my table for approval, your name
along with 30 other beneficiaries is on the list as beneficiaries approved to
receive their payment in this year' s last Quarter 2016 African debt service
schedule. You are therefore advised to contact the chairman of foreign debt
reconciliation panel and provide him with your full name and present contact
address, your account details where you want the fund to be transferred to and
private telephone and fax number for efficient communication .

It is significant to mention here that the World Bank Group is aware of the
situation and the battered image, unholy names, international prejudices and
bias mind, prospective investors and foreign contractors have for the ECOWAS
region as a result of this long over debts which is detriment to the Region's
Economy.
Note that the foreign debt reconciliation panel is the only body mandated by
the World bank Africa service to carry out this payment and you are hereby
advised to stop any form of communication with any other bank or agency which
is not mandated by the World bank Africa . Note that the payment is based on
first come first serve and you are advised to be urgent and avail yourself of
this given opportunity.
