This is Ahmed Idris the new Accountant General of the Federal republic of
Nigeria. I am sorry I have to contact you through this means because of how

After our NEC meeting yesterday which comprises delegates from World Bank,
United Nations, IMF and ECOWAS? We have resolved to pay your
inheritance/contract funds. During the deliberations, We realized that the reason
why you have not received your funds up to this moment is because you have not
sign the fund release order documents and have not acquire some important
documents which you are suppose to acquire before you receive your funds.
Base on that, you have been mandated to acquire Three Years Tax Clearance from
Federal of Inland Revenue Services (FIRS), Patriotic Act Certificate from
United Nations. Hence these documents and some other unforeseen expenses have
been calculated to cost you not less than Fourty Thousand United States Dollars
Only. As a learned man, I understand that may be because you do not have this
kind of money to acquire these mentioned documents, that is why you abandon
receiving your funds. Base on that this morning I decided to discuss with
a financier who will loan these funds to you to accomplish the transaction and
make sure you receive your had earn money instead of forfeiting it to the
government.
Consequently, if you are still interested to receive the fund, I will introduce
you the financier while we are processing your payment here so that as soon as
you receive the loan from the financier, I will tell you how, where and when to
send it to the offices that will issue the needed documents for onward transfer
of your funds.
I am the type that understands that one good turn deserves another, that is why
I want to do you this favour. You are not going to pay him back until you
receive your main inheritance/contract funds in your account. You are not going
to pay him with any interest since you will receive your funds in less than one
week. All he needs is the money he is going to loan you and may be at the
end if you wish to give us anything for our help, we will gladly accept it.
The only thing you have to do is to assure me that you will listen and adhere
to my instruction on how to pay the money to the offices needed to pay it for
issuance of the documents and onward transfer of your inheritance/contract
funds. Just assure me that you will not disappoint me, by this time next week, you
will receive your funds. Please kindly get back immediately, reconfirm your
account information and personal datas to enable the financier and our paying
bank to start processing your payment immediately. Await your prompt response.
