I
am Gillian Holy, a solicitor at law and the personal Attorney to Late
Miss. Patricia Joan Ahmed (Divorced), a 57yrs old citizen of the
Denmark, Hereinafter referred to as 'my client'.
My
client passed away in an Auto-Crash in Lisbon, Portugal on the 7th of
January, 2011; leaving behind a total of EURO 2.9 Million in an offshore
bank in the United Kingdom. My clients 'Will & Testament' did not
cover the above mentioned cash amount because it was set aside for a
project she unfortunately couldn't complete.
I
have since made several attempts to locate My clients relatives to
claim the afore mentioned amount but all attempts have been to no avail.
I've also recently found out that My Clients ex-husband passed away 9
years ago by natural causes and they had no children together. I've been
informed by the bank that if the afore mentioned fund is not claimed
within 7 business days by a nominated beneficiary, the funds will be
confiscated and declared unserviceable by the bank. This means that the
funds will go into Government revenue account as unclaimed funds.
With
all this mentioned, I propose to present you as 'Next of Kin' to my
client so that we may immediately establish claim on the above stated
amount. I have all legal documents to back up this claim and place you
in the right position as Next of Kin. All that's required is your
sincere cooperation and I guarantee we'll see this through
successfully.
After
the claim, we shall split the proceeds 50% each, that is , EURO 1.45Million
each. We shall execute this deal under a Legal Binding Agreement to
clearly state our responsibilities and benefits. Also note that there
are costs to be met and this will be equally bore by both of us.
