all this long process and complains and delays in sending $1570 USD.
Why this complications? What actually is the problem? If you are not

Yes our initial agreement is that i am
going to transfer the sum of $1.6 Million USD, from Dubai to your
account in after we must have gotten the necessary
documents to authorize the transaction.
If i say a bond, simply means that the
money is in a TREASURY BILL, once the deed of conveyance document is
presented to the depository here in Dubai, they will instruct the
bank to contact you immediately. Everything has to be step by step. I
don't know how to explain everything to you so that you will
understand me better; i was expecting you to just follow my
directives.
GCC means Gulf Cooperation Council,
that is member of the Arab countries. Yes i am not a Muslim, The
meaning of indigene is citizen, your translation is incorrect. As you
requested, i have attached a scan copy of my passport along with this
