Like I said earlier on few days ago. Here are the two vital documents as attached herein with the Certificate of Legality BACK DATED to April 21st and Fund Ownership to December 11th respectively to attract quick approvals from the appropriate Authorities.
Note that this certificate is legally obtained in the court of justice, you are legally known and should therefore be considered as the legitimate beneficiary of the said $ 15 million dollars awaiting to be wired into your Bank account.
As a matter of fact and urgency, what we need now is a Payment Approval from the Federal Ministry of Finance Nigeria as indicated in the FOC. Immediately I lay my hands on copy of the Final Payment Approval, this $15m will be credited into your account within 48 hours.
The attorney said the Approval will cost $1,450 but he still has $1000 left with him from the money I gave him to secure this documents. We are now short of $450.
