Bello Tanko: Dollars of one of my Bank clients who died along

The fund is an abandoned fund that belongs to one of our bank clients (Mr. Ashwin Aurthure Billings) from (California) United States of America who died together with his supposed next of kin on March 11th 2004 in Madrid train attack.
