Subject: DETAILED EXPLANATIONS

Having given you a little explanations about the appointment,It is
however pertinent to outline to you now the procedures and processes
involved on this exercise.Besides,this appointment is an elevation of
your status and reputation in the society.
A.After you have filled the form and returned it back to us with a
copy
of your passport picture(ordinary photograph),we shall commence the
processing of your IDs and appointment Certificates forthwith as well as
your Diplomatic passport.
B.Original copies of those certificates and IDs as well as your
Diplomatic passport upon completion shall be sent to you through
courier including an invitation letter from UN for the official
inauguration ceremony which comes up early next month May,2016 here in Accra.
C.After you have received the documents through courier,the
body(UN)will release to you your first 6 month's advance salary worth
$120,000 through any transfer system of your choice.This money is
necessary to enable you prepare for your trip to Accra for the Inauguration.
D.After the inauguration,you shall be given a brochure which contains
your job description,numerations,rights,obligations and other
Certificates.Be informed that throughout your two days stay here for
the inauguration,the United Nations shall be responsible for your
accommodations,feeding
and security.Also,an office will be opened for you in your country by
the United Nations where you will be operating and you are to employ not
more than five staff that will be working with you who will be on the
pay roll of the United Nations.
