In respect of the above transaction reference number for wire transfer ofUS$10,000.00 from your bank account with us, please be informed that the transfer transaction was cancelled by our International Operations Department, and your offshore account has been put "on hold" for administrative reasons which will be communicated to the Fiduciary Agents who handled your file (Chartered Alliance Services).
Note that this cancellation has nothing to do with our procedures, but preliminary/supplementary procedures associated with origin of funds. We have subsequently advisedthe correspondent bank toBanco Santanderto return funds immediately.
