you every expenses you have incurred to procure the grant including the
principal amount of £1,500,000. The Agreement will become operationally
effective and in full service the moment it is neutralized at the High
Court of Justice within the jurisdiction of this claim establishing your
full Contract/Inheritance rites of performance. The fees for the
neutralization shall be bond equally between you and the World Bank
