Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Really I am glad to know you and I am looking forward to establishing a genuine relationship with you based on mutual respect and understanding though we haven`t known each other too well. Thanks for the recent message you sent to me. I am impressed and convinced to continue with you, having in mind this relationship will bring us closer to each other.
Actually my main reason for writing to you now is to know, if it will be possible for you to assist me in a private business which I would like to assure in your hand with the hope you will show some favor without any hesitation. I know this is not certainly a conventional way of approach to establish a relationship of trust, but the situation of things here compelled me to share this private matter with you believing that you are someone I can rely on and someone who can keep a secret.
I am planning to resign from the military service and start a new life in a peaceful environment. Also I am looking forward to establishing a private Health Care Center with high standard medical laboratory after my resignation and I have allocated some funds for this project which I would like to be secured confidentially on my behalf. The total amount is 2 million (TWO MILLION US DOLLARS ONLY). I want to know if you will be able to secure this fund for me and keep it safe until I resign from my job and come to you.
The money is from a joint business of oil sales which we conducted when I was serving in the gulf before I was transferred to Afghanistan so the money is legal.
Because of my job I couldn`t transfer this money through bank mainly for security reasons but I succeeded in securing the whole fund in 1 box and deposited the box as personal valuables to a Security Company working with the United Nations as security contractor.
Considering the sensitive nature of this business and the nature of my job, I want to trust you and give the Security Company permission to move the box to you as my partner and you will take 20% percentage of the total money for your assistance when the box gets to you while I will use the remaining 80% for my private hospital investment.
For now what is more important to me is to know you well as my partner and have the confidence that you can handle this fund well.
I want to assure you that you should not entertain any fear. It`s very important to remind you here that you must keep this transaction secret and never tell it to anyone.

The box was initially deposited at the security company`s regional office in the gulf which was in Damascus Syria but because of the current civil war in Syria they moved the box out to the security company' s depository office at Senegal so the box is now in Senegal. I do not have any direct access to the box now but I will authorize the security company to move and deliver it to you hand in hand at your address if you give me permission to go ahead.
The box contains 2 million US Dollars in cash and the security company will deliver the box to you as a diplomatic property through a diplomatic channel. the box cannot be checked at the airport. Also the delivery personnel who will deliver the box to you doesn`t know the real content. it was initially deposited and registered as personal valuables. The security company has the sole responsibility to deliver the box to you hand in hand at your address without any problem. You don`t have to disclose to them the real content of the box even when you have apparently received the box from them.
I shall come together with my daughter to meet with you in person as soon as the box has been delivered to you. Already I have paid the cost of shipment and all of other demurrage charges. The only money you will have to pay to the security company is just $483 (Four Hundred and Eighty Three Dollars Only). They will use this money for changing original papers of the box to your name so that it will be valid for shipment in your own name as a diplomatic material. The box cannot be transferred to you as an eligible recipient if the original documents are not validated to match with your name.
