RE: LETTER OF NOTIFICATION
Following the receipt of referral Notice from United Nations Attache office here
in United Kingdom with Order to investigate the subject matter as referred
herewith by United Kingdom Valuable Repatriation Committee (UKVRC) dated:
Tuesday, May 13, 2016. This e-mail is directly linked to the report we received
from these agencies concerning tracked fund on your name and an order of
investigation has been established accordingly, this measures are to further
ensure this funds in question are not proceeds of an illicit trade, terrorism or
otherwise, our concerns are centered on global security and as such this issue as
referred has been forwarded to OSCE for onward certification.
In brief, two gentlemen were intercepted after a close monitoring by Heathrow
International Airport ground officers on standby as they were about boarding a
connecting flight to Florida-United State of America with sealed baggages. They
were approached for questioning/clearance, fortunately for the officers (name
withheld) that discovered that the Yellow Tag attached to the sealed baggage's
bears your name which 'they' immediately entered into system after questioning
them and consultations with appropriate quarters, your data was released to us.
The Yellow Tag attached to the sealed baggage's final destination was verified,
while the Airway bill clearly stated Florida, this looks suspicion and called for
questioning. These gentlemen are currently under investigation pending final
determination by OSCE and your response will facilitate the outcome.
After a thorough Ultra Scan and inspection, it was realized that the said trunk
boxes contains an unknown value of cash and gold bars. Haven't noted it's
contents, we request that you confirm authorizing this shipment to enable OSCE
complete the needed documentation and backup for a smooth passage of the said
trunk boxes to its destination.
I am contacting you to ascertain the true position of what I have just relayed to
you and your response would aid us in our recommendation.

Cartomographic Ultra-Sensitive Scan Report of the boxes for your perusal/action.
