head of states/presidents of African countries to make
sure that all foreign payments in Africa is paid to the
rightful owner before the end of this YEAR 2016.

G7 is compensating you with the sum of $12.7m United
State Dollars because of what has happened to you in

them that failure to comply with this instruction, Then
