As a follow up to my previous email,please note that we had several petitions in the past by various creditors complaining of under hand transactions involving their payment.So many of them were extorted on ground of facilitating there payment while some of them made upfront payment,whereas their fund were not paid.This action brought several litigation against the government of most African counties out of which several compensations running into hundred of thousand of dollars were paid out due to the careless and selfish motives of those commissioned to over see this payment.

Having been sworn in as Chairman of the African Union (A.U),President Idris Derby of Chad Republic was able to swear in some experienced financial experts and technocrats to review all payment structures in regards to our creditors and recommend special payment ideas to all our foreign creditors in a way that will be transparent and devoid of fraud and any form of unwholesome practices.At the end of the panel,it was agreed that all creditors be paid through EU payment center in Brussels.This payment structure is designed in a way that you will be physically present there,because you will be paid in the bank.All updates concerning this payment arrangment shall be given to you
