Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

RE: YOU'RE MAIL REGARDING FUND TRANSFER.
I write to acknowledge the receipt of your mail concerning the above matter.
So this is our procedure for this transfer while because this fund is deposited in our suspense account.
Be informed that before we can transfer the said fund to your nominated bank account as you requested,
you will be required to open a transit account with our Bank since we cannot make a direct transfer to your account from our escrow suspense account.
In view of the volume of fund to be transferred, you are required to set up the transit account with the sum of $450 Dollars while 500 U.S.A Dollars is to reactivate the account to make it operational for
international Remittance. The total is $950 U.S.A Dollars
Note, this money to set up the account cannot be deducted from the fund in the escrow suspense account as deductions and withdrawals from escrow suspense accounts is not allowed because it violates Ivorian financial and monetary Policy regulations. this is to transfer your fund direct into your bank account .
In view of the urgency of the matter and for the fact that we do not hold funds in our escrow account for so long, you are advised to send this money through Western Union Money Transfer through the name of the Account officer who will handle the account set up on your behalf,
