CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT

As a payment agent and Cmec Hubei Co Ltd. Whereas, Cmec Hubei Co Ltd is a company that deals on
professionally handling Mechanical Equipment and light industrial products. Cmec Hubei Co Ltd Hong Kong
exports into the United States, Canada and parts of Europe.
Whereas, you will be considered as the Payment Agent to all of Cmec Hubei Co Ltd Hong Kong customer in the United
States and Canada/Europe. Whereas, you will be a payment agent of Cmec Hubei Co Ltd Hong Kong, and work under
their guidelines and perform the duties that are assigned to him in a professional manner.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Relationship of Parties: You and Cmec Hubei Co Ltd Hong Kong agree that you are an US/CANADA/EUROPE
payment agent of Cmec Hubei Co Ltd Hong Kong. Benefits will be paid to you as a payment agent.
Commencement of Services: You shall commence performance by the date and time set by Cmec Hubei Co Ltd Hong
Kong. will devote the predetermined time necessary to execute the duties described above and as determined by Cmec
Hubei Co Ltd Hong Kong.
Compensation: You will receive 10% commission on all payments collected on behalf of Cmec Hubei Co Ltd Hong Kong.

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto and
supercedes any prior understanding or written or oral agreement(s) between the parties relating to the subject matter
