I have since received your mail and have also consulted my superiors as regards the issue. We discovered that the Bank of England was responsible for truncating the transfer of the funds to your account. They have stated that will be expected to pay a
Commission On Transaction (COT) in the value of 0.0015% of the total amount been transferred which in this case is Five hundred thousand Dollars ($500,000.00). Therefore, the amount you will be expected to pay as commission will be seven hundred and fifty
pounds (£750 GBP).
As a result of the above, you will be required to pay a COT (cost of transfer) fee of seven hundred and fifty pounds (£750 GBP) for the provision of a COT code that will enable the transfer to be concluded.
We sincerely apologize any form of inconveniences that this development might have caused you. This is non-negotiable, as this is a directive from the Bank of England.
