I have sent you this proposal before. I have something very confidential to discuss with you. I am a U.S soldier assigned to be protecting the Red Cross officials here in Aleppo. I have the sum of $9.2 million in
two medium sized boxes that were handed over to me by a Syrian businessman for safe keeping. Unfortunately, this man and his family were accidentally killed in a bombardment by Russian forces in Aleppo. He was a very successful businessman dealing, on gold
dust/bars before his death. Because of my closeness to him, he brought the money in a box here for me to assist him to store in the Red Cross storage warehouse and he had no knowledge that he and his family were going to die. The entire money is in cash and
stacked in a box. For safety reasons, I cannot continue to keep this huge sum of money here. I want to transfer this fund to you as the beneficiary through the Red Cross diplomatic courier services because I don't know where to keep this fund again here in
Syria. I just need your acceptance and I will start the courier process. For your sincere assistance, I will give you 20% of the money which is $1.84 million. I want to invest the fund in real estate or any other sector which you can recommend.
I cannot transfer this fund via the bank because here, banks are controlled by government forces which make it impossible for me to transfer the money via bank. I can only send this money out of here as a registered
diplomatic cargo and transported by a Red Cross jet which flies in and out of here two times a week. Where I am now we can only communicate through the Red Cross communication facility which only permits me to send Emails and we can't make phone calls now
because, in the area which I am present, phone communication network was blocked by the government.
Please if you are interested in helping me I will give to you the complete details you need for us to carry out this transaction successfully. I think it will be good to diversify our investment. Apart from real
estate, we can as well invest in other sectors. As for me, I think it is good to first invest in real estate.

My major area of interest is real estate, but I would want to diversify the investment by investing in other profitable businesses with your suggestion and guidance as my local partner. The total sum I have is $9.2 million but I am to give
you 20% of the total sum which will be about, $1.84 million to compensate you for your honest assistance. The remaining 80% will be for me and from there I will fund, my planned investments with your guidance.
I would have liked to come over to meet with you in person so that we can talk face to face about the process before we start this transaction but because I am a servicing military officer and in an active operational duty, I cannot leave

or someone that is related to me because I do not want it to have any trace. I am divorced and wouldn't want my estranged wife or the military command to know about the fund.

At this stage, I have to let you know how the delivery will go. You have nothing to worry about as I have put arrangements in place to have the money delivered to you as a diplomatic consignment. Red Cross jets fly to Damascus once or twice
in a week to deliver relief materials. The jets usually come twice a week from London, Paris, and Toronto. The arrangement is that the jet will pick up the consignment from here and transport it to London, Paris or Toronto. When the jet arrives in any of those
destinations, the cargo will be handed over to a diplomatic courier or a courier company that will complete its delivery to your doorstep.
I have commenced the process of moving the fund to you for it to serve as a guarantee for our agreed investments. Already I had a discussion with the Red Cross officials and we have agreed that I will come over to their office to register
the consignment and conclude the shipment paperwork. The below details are needed for the registration:
1. The name of your nearest airport
2. An address where you would like to receive the consignment
3. Your private mobile phone number
4. Your full names
I would want to know the arrangement which you are making on where to keep the consignment. Do you have a private and secured storage room in your house where you can keep the box? This is very important for the safety of the box.
Do we need to register a joint company in order to execute our agreed projects? As a foreigner am I allowed to incorporate a company?
