Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

I am Mr. Peter T. Williams, Director of a strategic Government
Ministry, the Federal Ministry of Finance, that is responsible for
government finances and Payment approvals for all our Foreign and
local contracts here. With a colleague of mine who is in charge of
payment endorsement, we seek your help to assist us receive the sum
of US$20Million (Twenty Million United States Dollars) into your
nominated bank account for investment purposes in your Country or any
friendly country you may advise where the funds shall not be subject
to confiscation or seizure.

Necessary documents required to guarantee legitimate transfer of the
funds to you without any trouble shall be provided. After the
transfer of this initial amount, transfer of another tranch of
US$30Million shall be initiated with you if you are found to be honest
with us, and did not betray our trust.

Very IMPORTANTLY, we want our relationship with you in this venture to
be based on trust and confidential as we still have more secured
years to stay in office, which ultimately shall be beneficial to both
of us. We shall retain you as our long term friend, foreign
partner/trustee and investment advisor if you remain honest with us
through out.

For your help, you shall be entitled to 30% of the total fund
transferred to you, while I and my colleague shall be entitled to 70%
of the fund. You shall assist us to invest part of our own share in
any good business venture you may advise. I assure that you will Never
Ever be disappointed in this venture if you are willing to assist us.
But if you are not interested, I sincerely offer my unreserved apology
if contacting you for this venture violates your privacy and ethical
principles.

Please if you can assist us, first send me your reply bearing your
full names/details and your private phone number to contact you for
discussion.
