Our company provides personal services for our clients. Our HR
department opened an open position of a Virtual /Part-time
assistant. Many people combine this job with other activities. Job
Responsibilities:
• Everyday online monitoring of operating client requests &
new projects
• Gift purchase assistance for instance assist to find and
purchase Christmas gifts
• appointments and conference call scheduling. For instance,
arranging a meeting with business partners.
• Online research - example:,look for accommodation, vacation
facilities, hotels, car rentals or tickets.
• Advisory for customers regarding selection of an effective
online requests and tasks delivery of exact internet research and
other inquiries about client requests and projects.
• Customer relations: explanation of interests, terms of service,
provision of complete information regarding the list of services.
Counseling of customers is conducted remotely: via email or other
online services.
Labor Conditions:
Candidates are free to select the most preferable work status.
Part-time work, flexibe schedule:
* In-office work available for New York City residents
* Remote work, 2-3 hour /day
All applicants must pass the probationary period of 1 month. We
pay you for this trial. During the new-hire trial period, a
candidate works on a part-time employment with flexible hours. We
will discuss a full employment upon successful completion of your
trial period.
• $33,000 annual Salary and client bonuses:
Person Specification
* Advanced PC user
* Experience in client counseling of at least 1 year as sales
representative, consultant, etc.
* Proper English
